This site is owned and operated by EquiTaste. All text, images and videos on the page are protected by copyright law. It is not permitted to borrow or copy all or part of the text without written approval.

The images are used globally.

To cite this page, you must at the same time link to the page, which is required by law in connection with good citation practice.

Agreement - order and order confirmation

All contracts entered into on www.equitaste.com between EquiTaste and a customer are subject to terms of sale and delivery, which must be accepted in order to complete an order. If the customer is not a consumer in the sense referred to in the Sales Act but a trader, the purchase at EquiTaste takes place according to the terms of sale and delivery for traders.

The customer can only rely on the content of the individual order, order confirmations and information in connection with the order, including the prices the customer accepts during the order procedure, which are available in the online store. Other information given in brochures, on the website, in price lists, advertisements, or via other offers has no connection with the order. A binding agreement is only entered into between the parties when the order has been accepted by EquiTaste. A written order confirmation will then be sent via e-mail.

When an order has been placed via the online store on the website, an automatic e-mail is sent with a receipt for the ordered products. The receipt sent is not an order confirmation but only a receipt for the receipt of the order. An order confirmation of the order is then sent, of which delivery then takes place, and only at this point is the agreement binding for EquiTaste. EquiTaste can cancel the order until the order confirmation has been sent.

Storage of agreements

EquiTaste does not normally store concluded agreements and these are therefore normally not available to the customer afterwards. EquiTaste therefore requires that the received order confirmation and/or invoice be saved. EquiTaste is not normally able to send a copy afterwards.

Within Sweden's borders, Agreements are concluded in Swedish and outside Sweden's borders, agreements are normally concluded in English.

Prices

All prices are stated in SEK including 25% VAT, excluding shipping within Sweden's borders. Outside Sweden's borders, EUR is normally stated including VAT, excluding shipping. The stated prices only apply to delivery within Sweden. EquiTaste informs about postage and transport costs as well as fees for payment by credit card, invoice, Swish, before the purchase is completed. These costs are additional and are therefore not included in the price of the product.

Reservation

EquiTaste reserves itself for price changes, proofreading errors, incorrectly stated prices in connection with the conclusion of the agreement and other circumstances that may lead to information about incorrect prices, or that a product is sold out and therefore cannot be delivered. In such cases, EquiTaste has the right to terminate a concluded agreement.

Payment

Payment for ordered goods must normally be made online using one of the specified payment methods. Payment information must be entered when placing an order. Payment is normally deducted from your account when the item is shipped. EquiTaste uses a certified payment system where all data communication during the purchase takes place via an encrypted SSL connection. This ensures that unauthorized persons cannot see that data is being exchanged. When SSL encryption is enabled, a padlock appears at the bottom of the page in most browsers.

Delivery

EquiTaste processes orders as soon as possible. Delivery times for products listed on www.equitaste.com indicate a guideline but deviating delivery times may occur.

Shipping is at the buyer's expense and risk. The customer is responsible for the correctness of the address information provided. If EquiTaste has not received special instructions, EquiTaste has the right to choose the means of transport and the route of transport. There must be a suitable parking space on a hard surface.

Delivery time

Delivery time is stated in the order confirmation. Delivery normally takes place within 2-4 working days if the ordered item is in stock. However, all delivery time indications are approximate and may be delayed due to strikes, lock-outs, out-of-stock items, defective deliveries from sub-suppliers or other reasons beyond EquiTaste's control.

Right of withdrawal

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, a 14-day right of withdrawal is granted on all goods purchased via the website. The right of withdrawal runs from the day of receipt of the goods. The customer has the right to test the product, but in order to use the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned in its original condition, as it was when it was received.

For feed products, these must be unbroken/unopened for the right of withdrawal to apply. Use of the right of return can be done by rejecting the item upon receipt or by sending it back to:

When returning, please attach the invoice, receipt or order confirmation together with information about the bank and account number to which the amount paid can be refunded. If the invoice, receipt or order confirmation is missing, information about the buyer's name and address must be attached.

EquiTaste does not reimburse costs for returning goods. Shipping costs in connection with the purchase are not refunded.

According to current legislation on hygiene and food safety, the right of withdrawal does not apply to feed and food supplements that are sealed, sealed or packed in closed packaging for hygienic reasons. Feed and dietary supplements are part of the food category and cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, and there is therefore no right of withdrawal on these.

Claims and complaints

EquiTaste grants a 24-month right to advertise sold goods. For goods with a limited lifespan, however, the right to complain is limited to the product's stated best before date. For goods with a stated shelf life or equivalent date, the right to complain is limited to the end of this shelf life period. Complaints regarding defects must be made to EquiTaste within a reasonable time after the defect has been discovered.

In the event of a fault with the product, EquiTaste replaces the product to the extent possible, and for costs within a reasonable proportion to EquiTaste. EquiTaste bears the cost of returning defective goods, if these are sent with PostNord or otherwise agreed in accordance with EquiTaste. The right to complaint is no longer than the product's shelf life date, which is often somewhat limited for feed. Note that feed must be stored dry and cool so that the shelf life is not shortened. The right to complaint does not cover faults, damage or wear and tear that have directly or indirectly arisen from incorrect use, incorrect storage or poor maintenance.

Processing of personal data - fulfillment of contracts

In connection with your purchase from EquiTaste, you have provided a number of personal details, including:

Your payment information

Your address

We process this personal information in connection with the processing of your purchase, as it is necessary to complete our part of the transaction. The information is saved for 12 months, so that you can shop with us more easily next time. After 12 months, the information is deleted.

If you have placed an order, the information about your name, address, telephone number and email address will be passed to our forwarder for the purpose of delivering your purchases.

Processing of personal data - consent

If you have checked the box "yes, I agree to you contacting me by email with newsletters or offers", we will process your email address and information about your purchases with us until it is no longer relevant. In practice, this means until you make us aware that you no longer wish to receive emails from us.

You can always withdraw your consent. You can do this either by using the link at the bottom of our emails or by contacting us at equitaste@equitaste.com and indicating that you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and offers.

Data security

Regardless of whether we process your personal data for the purpose of processing an order or with your stated consent, we will always process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable law, including the Personal Data Act and the Data Protection Act.

Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when this purpose is fulfilled or no longer relevant.

We use third parties to process your payment information and to manage your purchases. We have entered into a data processor agreement with this third party, which is our guarantee that they follow the applicable rules for the protection of your personal data.

If there are errors in our information, you can always request that it be corrected, just as you have the right to receive the information in a standard format (data portability). If you want to adjust or request data portability, you are also very welcome to write to us at the above email address.

If you no longer want us to process your personal data or limit the processing of your personal data, you can also send a request for this to the email address above.

Your information (except your email address if you have consented to the processing to receive offers) will normally be deleted 12 months after you have received your order.
